The 65,000-seat facility features 12,000 club level seats and 164 private suites. Patron venues include concession and retail areas as well. Locker rooms for both teams cover some 12,000 square feet within the stadium. Administrative offices for the Buccaneers, the Mutiny, and the Tampa Sports Authority are also housed within 25,500 square feet of office suite space.
The HVAC package of the stadium included air conditioning work for 67,000 square feet of space within the facility including suites, two club level atriums, offices and locker rooms. The atrium areas are also served by a sophisticated smoke removal system to enhance patron safety. Additionally, nearly 200 fan units were installed to handle exhaust systems for public areas and concessions.
1,950 tons of air conditioning equipment, including two chillers, provides the stadiums cooling amenities. Over 25,000 linear feet of chilled water piping serves the structure's air handling units and 217 fan coil units. A VFD controlled secondary pump system delivers chilled water to the coils. Some 950,000 pounds of sheet metal and 2,100 pieces of air distribution equipment were installed.
