FedEx Field for the Washington Redskins

The home field for the NFL's Washington Redskins football team. Washington Redskins Stadium provided seating for more than 80,000 fans. The stadium's seating capacity includes 15,000 club level seats and 248 luxury suites.
Spectator amenities inside the stadium include restaurants, a microbrewery, retail facilities and the Washington Redskins Hall of Fame. The structure also houses administrative facilities for Redskins official, as well as locker rooms for both the Redskins and visiting teams.
Completed on an aggressive 17-month fast track schedule, the mechanical construction package reflects the projects impressive scope and size. The HVAC package has an operating capacity in excess of 1,050 tons, including an air-cooled chiller; 10 air handling units; 345 fan coil units and 215 fans.
A dedicated system also serves the stadiums computer room facility. More than 2,200 fixtures and 1,100 drains were installed to handle plumbing requirements for the stadium. Nearly 100,000 linear feet of plumbing systems and 10,000 linear feet of HVAC systems piping were installed in the stadium.
