The Palm Restaurant
Washington, D.C.

Located just south of Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C., the Palm Restaurant has been a local landmark for more than forty years. When the owners decided to renovate the restaurant, they wanted it completed in forty-five days. Kirlin Mechanical Services met that schedule, both for the plumbing and the HVAC.
Kirlin's HVAC work included the installation of five chilled water ceiling-hung AHUs; a 60-ton air-cooled chiller; a new pump room; and an expansion tank. Kirlin's plumbing work included the demolition of all existing kitchen and dining area plumbing; the installation of a completely new water and waste system; new grease interceptors; a new water filtration system; and a new four-inch gas main.
