Forgot your username?

• Your user name consists of (all in lowercase letters)
• The 1st initial of your 1st name
• The 1st initial of your middle name (if you have one)
• Your last name spelled out in its entirety
• Followed by your suffix in a numerical digit (if you have one)

• Jane Doe - jdoe
• Jane M Doe - jmdoe
• Jane M Doe III - jmdoe3
