Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant
Stuart, Florida
This state-of-the-art facility produces 1.5 million gallons of highly purified water daily. The project included furnishing and installation of a 1.5 MGD reverse osmosis train; process equipment; pumps; degasifier; off-gas treatment; stainless steel; fiberglass and PVC process piping; as well as all yard and drainage piping.
Construction also included a 10,000 square foot process building, including a clear well, site grading and paving. All monitoring and operations activities are managed by a highly advanced computerized control system.
The control program also allows for manual operation should the need arise, and is supported by a computerized printing system which maintains detailed records of all activities.
