Kirlin has completed over $150 million worth of contract work at this site, which has included:
- Wastewater treatment plant for dissolved acids
- Class 10 cleanrooms for a new chip manufacturing technology
- New construction of building 130 Silane system installations
- Renovation and tool-hooks to building 130
- Central plant construction and site utilities distribution
- Specialty gas/chemicals tank farm
We were also selected to design and construct one of the world's largest de-ionized water systems at this plant. Acting as prime contractor we commenced designing from 65% P & ID drawings to 3-dimensionally design the piping and process vessel installation.
This high purity water system included reverse osmosis and reclaimed water tanks that were parallel to biosulfite treatment storage tanks. We worked with this international company, transferring our drawings to Japan and performing all necessary commissioning to start up ahead of schedule.
