This 350,000-square-foot structure is comprised of four interconnected multi-use research and education buildings. Each building is serviced by a complex mechanical system.
The facility's HVAC requirements are serviced by three chillers, five pump skids and four cooling tower cells. Extensive medical gas networks, RO systems and process waste piping were also included in the mechanical installation. Steam and condensate mains from an existing boiler plant were installed at the project site.
