Baltimore Ravens Training Facility

Situated on 32 acres in Baltimore County on One Winning Way, the 200,000-square-foot Baltimore Ravens Training Facility features a 110,000 square foot main building and a 90,000 square foot field house that is 85 feet high, tall enough for an NFL punter. The entire project was constructed under a design/build delivery system.
The facility includes hot and cold treatment pools, a physically therapy/conditioning pool, a state-of-the-art auditorium with multiple breakout rooms, a player's lounge, a Hall of Fame corridor, a boardroom, owners' offices and a full-service kitchen. A 10,000-square-foot weight room is the largest in the NFL, and the spinning room, basketball court and racquetball courts provide additional training opportunities for players and staff alike.
The complex also contains a maintenance building, two NFL standard, fully drained outdoor fields, two crowned fields and enough parking to accommodate all guests, employees, coaches and players.
Kirlin's work included the installation of multiple rooftop air handling units with gas heat/DX cooling. The main building HVAC system utilized variable volume systems and the building controls were DDC with a central BMS to monitor comfort control.
