This 360,000 square foot facility houses a state of-the-art Tier IV Data Center. Utilizing a fast-track, GMP delivery method, construction was completed in 12 months through Level 5 Commissioning. Kirlin's work included the fabrication and installation of 17,280 tons of refrigeration, a 200,000 gallon underground fuel oil storage and delivery system, 480 CRAC Units, two 500,000 gallon steel Thermal Energy Storage Tanks, and thirty-two Emergency Generators with sound attenuators, louvers, SCR's and UREA Systems.
