Kirlin Special Projects was originally formed in 1994 to provide services to our nation's aging military medical facilities through design/build renovation, repair and related construction services. Kirlin Special Projects has since expanded its expertise to provide a full spectrum of design/build and construction management services. Kirlin Special Projects has established a national reputation for its renovation of medical research facilities and laboratories – which includes construction of specialized containment laboratories up to Bio-Safety Level Four.

To ensure our project delivery is on the mark, each member of our in-house design and construction management team has years of experience in healthcare design and construction. In keeping with our unified approach to design and construction, most of our designers and managers receive cross-training in multiple disciplines.

Kirlin Special Projects delivers its services through an interactive approach – a system in which clients participate as part of the renovation team. By developing a close-knit relationship with our clients, we are able to successfully perform and complete work in occupied facilities. This has enabled Kirlin Special Projects to successfully complete more than 500 individual projects.
