KIRLIN CAROLINAS, LLC

Originally established in 1984, Kirlin Carolinas began with a single project in the Research Triangle Park. Today, Kirin Carolinas has grown into one of the largest mechanical construction companies in both North and South Carolina.

Kirlin Carolinas is headquartered in Raleigh, with satellite offices in various regions in both states. Kirlin Carolinas is capable of performing work throughout North and South Carolina. We have extensive personnel experience in building such facilities as:

Kirlin Carolinas regularly delivers projects through competitive bid, design-assist and design-build delivery systems. It also acts as a general contractor on renovation projects.

• The RBC Center Sports Arena - home to the North Carolina State basketball team and the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes
• Serving as the design-build mechanical contractor on the Butner Federal Correctional Institute III - the first LEED certified federal corrections institute in the United States
• The Duke Global Health Laboratory - a BSL 3 laboratory and the first of its kind in the United States
• The Biomanufacturing Training and Education Center – the largest facility of its kind in the United States
