Wyeth Administration and Commons Facility
The Wyeth Administration Project consists of Mechanical and Plumbing Systems. The building, measuring out at over 176,000 square feet, will house the administration side of the Manufacturing plant. It consists of three floors worth of offices and included a workout facility and full service kitchen.
The building has extensive HVAC systems. It consists of two cooling towers, two 350 tons capacity chillers, four Variable Volume Air handling Unites with a ventilation tracking system, a grease exhaust system, and an Electric Reheat system (VAV). The plumbing system was extensive in regards to the Kitchen. This involved taking the existing equipment and new equipment and doing final settings and installation of this equipment. The restrooms consisted of four gang restrooms, two men's and two women's per floor.
The building also has a Sewage Ejector System which is housed in the mechanical room with an approximately 9,000 gallon manhole outside. The Cooling towers consist of a sweeper pipe system, which is a filtration system for the cooling tower. The system takes the dirt remaining in the basins of the tower and runs it through a pump filter system.
