Kirlin’s League Leading Stadium Resume is Growing
John J. Kirlin, LLC is expanding the company’s industry leading stadium resume by two more facilities. The Florida Division is putting the finishing touches on the Amway Center, the new home of the NBA’s Orlando Magic. At the same time, our team in Florida is well under way with the construction of the new Marlins Baseball Stadium.
The Amway Center is a state of the art entertainment facility that will host the Magic’s home games as well as concerts and other events. The Amway Center will seat up to 20,000 people for various events and it will be the first NBA arena to achieve LEED Silver certification.
The new Marlins Stadium is a 37,000 seat facility and will be just the sixth baseball stadium with a retractable roof. Scheduled to open in April 2012, the Marlins Stadium also will be a LEED Silver facility.
