Robert W. Bacon
President and Chief Executive Officer
Rob Bacon has been with Kirlin for more than thirty years. Rob began his career at the company as an estimator. He then served as a project manager and senior project manager. In 1984, Rob opened the Carolinas office and steadily built up the office for the next twenty years. In 2004, Rob took over as President of Kirlin Mid-Atlantic and in 2006, he began his tenure as President and CEO of the entire Kirlin Group. Rob is a member of the Washington Building Congress Board of Directors, a Director of the MCAA Maryland Industry Fund and is a member of the World President's Organization.
F. George Buell
President, National Fire Protection, LLC
George Buell has more than twenty-five years of experience in the fire protection industry. George started with NFP in 1993 as a project manager. In 1995 he was promoted to Vice President and in 2005 he became President. George has led the NFP team on some of the most complex fire protection projects in the tri-state region, including the renovation of all five wedges of the Pentagon. George holds a BS in Civil Engineering and he is a member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA). George also is NICET Certified Level III in sprinkler systems.
Richard K. Dickenson
President, Kirlin Florida, LLC
With more than thirty years of industry experience, Richard Dickenson became the President of Kirlin Florida, LLC in 2013. He has been with Kirlin Florida for more than twenty-five years after starting in the West Palm Beach office as a Project Manager. During his tenure, Richard has also served as Senior Project Manager, Construction Executive, Vice President, and Senior Vice President managing hundreds of millions of dollars of plumbing and mechanical work including many marquee projects throughout the state.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Northeast Louisiana University. He has given back to the industry by participating in several trade organizations, apprentice training programs and by serving as President and Board Member of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Central Florida.
Gary M. Grandchamp
President, Kirlin Mid-Atlantic, LLC
Gary Grandchamp started his construction career more than thirty years ago and has been with Kirlin since 1980. Gary started with Kirlin as an Assistant Project Manager and has steadily advanced through the Kirlin organization until being named President of Kirlin Mid-Atlantic, LLC in 2007.
As President of Kirlin Mid-Atlantic, LLC, Gary is responsible for the overall management of more than $250 million of work annually. Gary has served in a number of industry leadership positions, including being president of the MCADC in 2001 and serving on the MCADC Board of Directors.
Adrian W. Jackman
President, Kirlin Mechanical Services
Adrian Jackman has more than thirty years of experience in the construction industry in both the general contracting and the plumbing and mechanical service industries. Adrian has managed large, complex construction business units both inside the United States and internationally.
As President of Kirlin Mechanical Services, Adrian is responsible for the management of 150 technicians, project management and support staff, and $50 million of plumbing and mechanical service, repair and retrofit work. Kirlins Mechanical Services enjoys a diverse portfolio of government, commercial, institutional, industrial, and high density residential clients located in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
Richard M. Moore II, P.E.
President, John J. Kirlin Special Projects, LLC
Dick Moore has more than twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry. Dick began his career with a major general contractor in the Washington DC area and moved to Kirlin Special Projects in 1994.
Dick's background includes extensive design work in addition to construction management, making him uniquely qualified to lead the design-build projects performed by Kirlin Special Projects. Dick and his team have effectively managed over $500 million worth of design-build construction projects.
Dick is a registered professional engineer.
Joseph D. Turner
President, Kirlin Carolinas, LLC
Joe Turner began his career in the construction industry in 1977. Joe started at Kirlin's Carolinas office in 1990 as a Senior Project Manager. In 1992, Joe was promoted to Vice President of the Carolinas office. Following his tenure as Vice President, Joe took over as President of Kirlin Carolinas, LLC in 2004.
Joe is responsible for managing all operations throughout North and South Carolina. Joe supports the mechanical construction industry through his sponsorship of several organizations including the Plumbing and Heating Contractors of the Carolinas, ASHRAE and others.
